Recently I have been attending the surgery with my elderly parents and am confident they are receiving the best possible care due to the unwavering professionalism and caring attention of Dr Cavannagh. I notice that a high percentage of patients are elderly and, like my parents, somewhat hard of hearing. It is not always easy to hear names being called over the loudspeaker system, particularly with children in the waiting room. Maybe a digital name display would be useful?
